1 :   New program at The 6 Levels

Now a day everyone is looking for a fun, unique, innovative way to get in shape and stay in shape. People are tired of the standard gym routines or cardio programs and it's more than that, people have a hard time staying with something unless they have a goal or coach who is pushing them.

At The 6 Levels Orlando we are going to be offering our official "Fit to Fight" exercise program starting the first week of June. The class will start out one morning and one night. If it goes the way we envision it going, we are believe there will be a lot more "Fit to Fight" classes offered.

2 :   Ryan

On March 15th, 2011, Ryan "who dat" Keenan, out of The 6 Levels Orlando, signed to fight with the World Extreme Fighting Organization. The organization is based out of Orlando, Florida and Ryan will be fighting on their upcoming card on Friday night April 22, 2011. 

 

Ryan will be fighting an opponent by the name of Aaron Conway out of F2 Gainesville, Florida. Aaron is 2-1 and Keenan is 3-1. Ryan is coming off of over a year lay off due to personal and professional reasons but is back in the saddle and ready to rock n roll.

3 :   The 6 Levels and Boys and Girls Club

On Friday March 4th, 2011, Jonathan Burke was asked to speak and teach at the Boys and Girls Club national teen conference in Orlando, Florida. Jonathan was approached by their director hoping that he could have an impact on the troubled teens who attend the conference. 

For one hour Jonathan ran a safety awareness and wellness class for troubled teens covering subjects such as street safety, situational awareness, safety tips and self-defense techniques. The teens responded extremely well and actually asked the director if the class could go longer then the allotted time frame.

4 :   The 6 Levels Launches NEW Site
  News

The 6 Levels On-Line, LLC has launched a brand new fully revised website for it's national, international and local users. The site has been completely revamped from its previous look and feel. 

The new site has an "action journal" where you can log your daily food intake and energy levels and it will track your progress....an online "vision board" where you can upload pictures of goals you have and this gives you a visual opportunity to think about and feel yourself accomplishing those goals...you can now purchase MP3 motivational tracks and instructional videos and so much more.
