This week...   Alternating push ups on a medicine ball
This exercise is one that will really test your strength, conditioning, explosiveness, agility and coordination. Here you are using your core muscles to stay strong when you land and when you explode up so that you don’t hurt your back and your chest and arms will get a great workout.
