This week...   Elbow Escape
The elbow escape is probably the most important bottom technique to be excellent at when on the ground. This move will help you when you are mounted, when someone is across your side and when you are playing your guard position. Mastering the elbow escape will help you in lots of ways, especially because ground defense is 95% hip and leg movements
