This week...   Basic hip throw
This is such a powerful technique to throw your opponent and end up standing over them in a dominant position. You can turn from being the victim in to controlling the situation. The key is make sure you line your hips up with your opponent’s and to bend at the knees so you are lifting with your hips and not with your arms or back. Just look straight to the ground and they will go flying.
